Fault analysis.
Manufacturing or laundering faults can lead to customer dissatisfaction and complaint. The fault analysis service investigates problems by examining returned samples or by carrying out site visits for more in depth investigation. The comprehensive report produced on the findings of all investigations can be used to improve procedures, placate customers and help to solve the problem on a long term basis.
Processing Advice
General written processing instructions can be provided with supplied linen.

Laundry Production Audits
A full review of linen handling procedures from housekeeping, transport, sorting, washing, finishing and dispatch can provide improvement indicators. A detailed visit report is produced that can be used to improve procedures, productivity and quality.
Staff Training
Many companies are now seeing the benefit of investment in staff training. A basic laundry technology course can be run at a central location or on customers premises.
Being modular the course can be adapted to meet most basic laundry training requirements.
