Payment

We welcome payments by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta & Visa Electron cards.

Prices / Carriage

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT at current rate.

All orders will incur a £10.00 delivery and packaging charge(UK mainland).

The shipping charge of £7.50 applies to delivery to the UK and Eire only. A small additional charge will be made for international shipping. We will call you to confirm the delivery charge once your order is received

Returns

We are happy to accept returned, unused and unmarked goods within 14 days of receipt, that are standard stock and sizes. We are also able to arrange collection of the goods, however a charge will be applied. Bespoke items, embroidered goods or special sizes cannot be returned.

Shortages / Damages

In the unlikely event that there is a shortage in your order or any of the goods you recieve are damaged, please notify us immediately (no later than 3 days from delivery) so that we can arrange collection of the damaged goods, where necessary, and we can dispatch any replacements.
